Lobstah

I went to the states for my last summer vacation. Old Orchard Beach, ME is one of my favorite places. It’s a little beach town in New England with a pier and some really good soft shell lobstah (I love a good New England accent). The locals are friendly and seem to like french canadians, what’s not to like we, did invent poutine! 

Every year, we girls go see the sunrise on the beach and the men do manly things, like go fishing. We get up a five in the morning, drive down to the beach, coffee in hand, and watch the beautiful colours light up the sky. You haven’t seen a sunrise until you’ve seen it on a beach. It’s really calming.

Our time spent in OOB usually consists of laying on the beach and eating various fried things on sticks. There are many campgrounds in the area and it’s pretty cheap if you already have camping gear. We already booked for next year and I can’t wait.
